Strawberry Cake Kyuu!

Strawberry Cake
Prep time:15 minutes
Bake time: 45 minutes
Cooking spray
1 package (18 ¼ ounces) yellow or white cake mix
1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
2 tbsp. plain flour
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries or
1 pint fresh strawberries mashed with1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350° and coat inside of a 10-inch tube pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts. Once stirred well stir in nuts and pour into prepared pan. Bake about 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream, strawberry icing, or pecan icing.
